BPM Festival Information. The BPM Festival, Mexico’s biggest electronic music/dance festival, celebrates its blow-out 5th anniversary in Playa del Carmen on the Riviera Maya from December 30, 2011 to January 8, 2012. The BPM Festival 2012 is exected to be bigger than the record breaking 25,000 that attended in 2011.
