Discounts and Promotional Rates in Playa del Carmen: Rates are Scheduled to Increase
We just received notice from our Property management Association that rates in 2012 for El Taj Ocean, El Taj Beach, Porto Playa, Maya Villa and Villa Sacbe will be increased for reservations made after September 14, 2011.
Valuable Guests
As our valuable guest, we wanted you to know about this increase now. If you already have your reservations made for 2012, you will not be affected. If you’ve not booked yet, you might want to do so before September 14, 2011. Even though rates are increasing slightly, promotions will be offered. Here are the 2011 and 2012 scheduled promotions:

2011: Book 3 nights or more in November or December (up until December 23), and you’ll receive 25% off regular rates
and all guests registered in the condo will receive complimentary Breakfast each day.
Reserve 7 nights or more and take an additional 10% off. Breakfast is still included.
2012: Book 4 nights or more and you’ll receive 15% off regular rates and complimentary Breakfast each day.
