Experience a unique and exciting outdoor adventure in the heart of the Riviera Maya! Xplor offers an unforgettable natural landscape of jungle, cenotes (natural wells) and underground caves. It is situated just 4 miles south of Playa del Carmen.
This one of a kind park features four thrilling activities to be enjoyed as many times as you like. You can drive an amphibious vehicle along spectacular jungle paths and down underground tunnels. Then, paddle a raft through breathtaking grottoes where impressive rock formations contrast with the crystal clear waters of the underground river. Next, you can fly high above the treetops on 11 amazing zip-lines and swim through caverns covered in stalactites and stalagmites.
To recover your energy, the park also has a restaurant featuring an exquisite buffet. A cup of hot chocolate will also be waiting for you as you exit the underground rivers!
There is a lot to see and learn here, whether you’re flying down zip-lines, swimming through caverns, rowing a boat, or driving an amphibious vehicle. One thing is for sure, there are plenty of fascinating places to Xplor!
INCLUDED: This attraction includes guide, admission to the park including the following activities: Amphibious Vehicles, Underground Rafts, 11 Zip-lines, and Stalactite River Swim. Also included is the safety equipment: life jacket, helmet, harness, and rowing paddles. Inside the park you will find the following services: customer service area, dressing room, lockers, rest areas, restaurant, snack bar, refreshment stand, wheelchair access, parking lot, shop, ATM, public phones, First Aid Unit. The Park offers four activities for your enjoyment, each lasting approximately 45 minutes and you can enjoy each activity as many times as you wish.
All you can eat buffet lunch all day long is included in your admission price. The buffet was designed to compensate your energy intake and not overload your stomach during the activities you’ll participate in during your tour, unlimited fruit flavoured drinks, and hot chocolate when getting out of both rivers.
IMPORTANT: Minors between 40” to 55” tall pay children admission.
NOTES: We suggest you to arrive at 9:00 a.m. to Explor for completing all the activities as the park closes at 5:00 p.m. Children under 8 years old may not enter the Park. The minimum height for taking part of zip-lines activity is 1.40 meters and a weight of 40 kilos. It is mandatory the use of helmet all the time. A minimum of 2 adults and 2 children are allowed per amphibious vehicles. These activities are not suitable for heart problems, diabetes, epilepsy,pregnant women, asthma, high blood pressure or claustrophobia. Only persons 16 or older with a valid driver’s license may drive. Otherwise, ask an adult to drive and accompany you on the tour.
RECOMENDATION: We suggest you to bring biodegradable sun block for protecting the environs. It is not possible to bring food, beverages or sound equipments. Please do not give any kind of food to the animals they have a special diet. Please don’t forget to bring light clothes, one change, shoes you can take into the water, a towel, and a swimsuit.
